Service Overview
Rova app allows users to scan QR codes on vehicles or other items to send instant notifications to registered owners via SMS or WhatsApp. Users can choose from predefined messages or write a custom message.
Legal Use of Service
All users agree to use QR codes only for their intended purpose: sending legitimate and appropriate notifications. Any unauthorized use or sending offensive messages will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
User Liability
Important: We log your IP address when sending any message via the service. Users are fully responsible for message content, and we are not liable for any legal or ethical consequences.
Communication Disclaimer
Rova app is a technical communication tool only; we are not responsible for any personal communication between users outside the official system. We warn against sending abusive content or unauthorized communication.

- IP Address: Logged only when sending messages (not when just scanning QR)

Advertising & Tracking Technology

Location Tracking
We may request access to your location when scanning a QR code to help identify the vehicle's location for the owner. This location is not stored after sending the notification and is used only to improve the notification experience.
